We got offered 2 complimentary nights in a non-smoking king room on the top/8th floor for husband’s birthday celebration. We like staying at Barona for the spacious room with comfortable bed, modern amenities and excellent staff. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR CASINO BARONA' IF THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU EMPLOY.' I am asian and a filipino if I may add. In my opinion, rude people should not be around dealing with customers unless you the casino want to shy away from your business. I talked to another manager named Abran and he was very nice and said definitely that it was not handled properly by the said supervisor. I hope I was the only treated rudely by this guide (let the casino know if ever), because they should know how their employees treat us, the playing customers. I was betting the minimum and more but sometimes I share with other players 'JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE'. Telling me in a very loud and threatening manner that I should stand up and give my seat for somebody for any reason except if I was causing a disturbance is not very good way of treating a customer. Mind you I was already losing$500 at this time. I was at the casino yesterday with my wife beside me and was suddenly and very rudely told by this supervisor( I was told something like Timmy or Tim.) that it I would not bet the minimum that I should stand up because another person was waiting for a seat.
